Specifically its objectives are to:
1 Makes higher education available to its youth
2 Provide quality education trough academic excellence and produce professional who are morally upright, and globally competitive
3 Provide training and vocational efficiency in the profession and ensure employment in technical and vocational occupation needed in the community, the nation, and the world
4 Prepare its youth to become responsible and reliable member of the community, who can contribute to the growth and advancements of Navotas
5 Enhance the quality of life for the Navotas constituents
6 Produce competent manpower who can help develop its natural resource and cause for the creation for more employment of the work force of Navotas and
7 Contribute to the realization of the natural goals and be a member of the global society
To achieve these objectives the College shall:
1 Improve the selection, admission and retention policies of the college
2 Hire faculty members with highly developed expertise in their field of specialization
3 Upgrade the quality of education through intensive and extensive training development programs
4 Establish linkages with educational institutions with similar program
5 Intensive reviews of curricular offering that will make the programs suit to the needs of the students
6 Improve the curriculum and enhance the academic development
7 Establish networking of data and information exchange for the benefit of each students and the faculty
8 Install the much-needed facilities to support computer literacy of the college
9 Purchase the needed books and other equipment in support of other programs
10 Install laboratories in science, language, computer, typing and establish medical clinic, guidance and counseling center, library and media center
