Enrolment

1. For New Students:

a. Students must enroll on days designated for their academic years.
b. Enrolment schedules are posted on the bulletin board before the start of each term. Students are requested to keep watch of this announcement.
c. As much as possible students must enroll in person.
d. The College has right to cancel/dissolve sections due to insufficient number of students.
e. Failure to pay debts to the institution will mean withholding permission to re enroll and release of pertinent papers until the debt is paid.

2. For Old Students:

Re-registration of old students depends upon their previous performance.
a. They may not be allowed to re-enroll if:
a.1 He/She has been academically disqualified because He/She failed, is incomplete, or a combination of the three in 50% of the academic units he/she is registered.
a.2 He/She violated rules, regulations or any breach of college discipline.
a.3 His/Her Transcript of records (TOR) has not been received within semester being a admitted.
a.4 Has pending accounts with the college
a.5 Is pregnant and cannot present her marriage certificate.

Fees:

1. Fees can be paid in cash or in installments.
2. If by installment by arrangement is as follow:
Upon registration, miscellaneous fees must be paid in full (100%) and at least 20% of the assessed tuition fee.

3. No refund will be granted to students who dropped/withdraw after registration if he pays by Installment.
4. Student who pays in cash is granted refund arranged as follows:
a. Within the first week of classes -80% of the amount paid whether he attends classes or not.
b. Within the second week of classes, 60%
c. After 2 weeks after classes open, No Refund shall be granted.
