Policies for admission

In every organization much-less in schools, rules and regulations are essential. They are made to provide direction and assistance.

1. Requirement for enrolment
To enroll, an applicant must submit the following requirements: a. Form 138/137 9 the secondary School Academic performance
b. Certificate of good moral character
c. Birth Certificate ( certified copy )
d. Clearance/Certification from Barangay for residency
e. 2copies of passport size pictures
f. 2copies 1x1 ID pictures with red background
The applicant must pass a qualifying exam and an interview.

2. For Incoming Transferees: A student who wishes to enroll in NPC must present a record of good standing in the college last attended.
< a. He/She must have passed 2/3 of all his/her registered subjects in the past term in the previous college.
b. Must submit his/her transfer credentials
c. Must submit a certificate of good moral character.
d. Must pass the qualifying exam.

3. For Outgoing Transferees: A student who wishes to leave NPC shall be given the following transfer credentials/requirements 15 to 30 calendar days upon payment and completion of the requirements asked by Registrar’s Office:
Transcript of records – 1st copy: For evaluation purposes only

4. The college allows a cross-enrollment from the City of Malabon University and Caloocan City Polytechnic College. His/Her admission is subject to the college policies and availability.
