Rules and Regulations on School Publication
The following rules and regulations are taken from the Republic Act 7079 otherwise known as the “Campus Journalism act of 1991” and are published in this handbook for the guidance of the College Officials, The Editorial Board, and the subscribers.
1. It is the policy of the state to uphold and protect the freedom of the press even at the campus level. It is, therefore, the duty of the College Officials to support and promote the development of campus journalism as a means of strengthening ethical values, encouraging critical and creative thinking and developing moral character and personal discipline of the Filipino Youth.
2. There shall be an editorial staff, which shall be composed of student-journalist who qualified in the placement examination. It may include a publication adviser at the option of its members. The staff shall set guidelines to determine the frequency of publication, the manner of selecting articles and features and other similar matter, based on its publication funds. It shall be responsible to the college and to third parties for its decisions, actions.
The Annual Program
This is the yearbook of the graduating students. Contents include messages of the College/Municipal Officials, individual picture of the graduating students, their names, birth date, major activities in college and the faculty. Expenses are shouldered by graduating students.
